Conditions were perfect this morning for spandex and a good workout. Disclaimer and we were off for a little run (some chose a Chi running style of a forward lean from the ankles with a controlled fall) and to the brick pile. A few pax revolted about running with masonry but fortunately they were fast walkers as we gathered to circle up for brick work.

After a little jibber jabber about too much running we moseyed to cheese grater. A new but fun exercise was performed. Donkey Kick ladder across the drive aisle. Shout our to Carville for the quality form of his donkey kicks.

Head back and stop for 7 quality full jump burpees mid way.
Pick up bricks and return to the pile and grab a block.

My dad loved Billy Graham. Billy Graham was a one of a kind who had a talent for sharing the gospel. My dad had that talent too. I have often struggled with that aspect of my faith. However, there are ways that we can be a witness by being a good person and doing what we say we are going to do. I am often inspired by the actions of many of the Pax that set a good example for all. Keep doing the right thing and maybe someone will say “There’s something different about that guy.” Maybe this could lead to a way to share our faith.
