Improvising is a Good Thing When You Know What You Are Doing!!!

6 pacs got out of bed early for this Saturday improvised Q and beat down of every body part at the Speed Trap.  It was a balmy 81 degrees and though improvised, my goal was to work as many body parts, keep the guys moving and provide an opportunity for us to sweat out the toxins from whatever Friday night activities we had participated in.
