At each strategic location, I whipped out my big deck….of Brand New F3 workout cards! We did a few semi-random card pulls at each position around the school. The only modification I made was bumped the royal cards from 25 reps to the magic 40 and Jokers were now 10 burpees.
Wrapped up just in time to dock the blocks and mosey to the SF for BOM.
Never thought I’d be able to do what I can at this age, but thanks to my F3 brothers for holding me accountable to get better.
