It was a cold lonely morning after the national championship game, (Yaaaaaa, Roll Tide) where 4 brave men came out to bear the gloom and take it in for those who decided to do the ole fart sack and sleep. The sky was clear,temperature in the upper teens so we decided to take a tour and get the most out of the morning.

Indian Run to BB field:
At the BB Field: Right field 20 BB sit ups – center field 20 flutter kicks – left field and do 20 Russian twist. RR, home plate 20 merkins – R&R rounds of 15 and 10
lower parking lot: Back parking lot do 10 Squats, Run down to half way point and do 20 squats, Run back do 10 squats, Run to front of parking lot do 20 squats, R&R 15, 20BBS and merkins.
Mosey to shelter: Shelter 20/15/10 dips, people’s Chair 1 min intervals
