Solo Bells

YHC must have scared off all the pax because it was a solo post.

After disclaiming myself, I did the following warm up:

SSH x 40, IW’s x 40, Squats x 40, Merkins x 40, Calf Raises x 40, LBC’s x 40, then I ran 2 laps around the circus and stretched because YHC is 40.

KB Revolutions 10 each way

Swings x 20, Squats x 20, Snatches x20 (each arm).

Ran another lap.

Curls x 20 (each arm), Triceps Exts x 40, KB Merkins x 20 (each arm)

Single Leg Dead Lift x 15 (each leg), Russ Twists x 40, Overhead Exts x 40, Chest press x 30, Waiter Press x 15 (each arm), Calf Raises x 40

Ran a Lap.

LBC’s x 50, Flutter Kicks x 80

Called it a day.
