While it rained yesterday and during the night, six brave guys showed up to work out and get better. The ground was a little damp, but the temperature was great, and it was a great day to be out in the gloom.

Jog to the corner of the field near Shandon Methodist and circle up:
Side Straddle Hop x20 IC
Do some initial stretching exercises to limber up
High knees x20 IC
Line hops on sidewalk – 30 seconds side to side, 30 seconds front to back
Do a few more stretching exercises on your six
Freddie Mercury x20 IC
Partner up and move to tree line
Partners told to complete 100 squats between them, and plank until all are finished
Mosey to middle of field, and partners told to complete 100 flutters between them, and plank until all are finished
Mosey to other end of field and partners told to complete 100 plank jacks between them, and plank until all are finished
Mosey to benches at top of field, and partners told to complete 100 dips
Mosey to football field goal line and next exercise was explained:
First partner does 10 merkins while other partner planks, then other partner does 10 merkins while first partner planks. First partner then does 9 merkins while other partner planks. Continue this pattern until both partners have gone down to 1 merkin
Move to midfield and first partner does 10 Big Boy situps while other partner does a star gazer, and then other partner does 10 Big Boy situps while first partner does star gazer. Same sequence until both partners get to 1 Big Boy situp.
Move to end of football field, and go back to merkins.
Move to other side of football field and back to Big Boy situps.
Move back to midfield for merkins.
Move back to original goal line for Big Boy situps.
There was great effort by all, as everyone completed 165 Merkins and 165 Big Boy Situps.
Move to parking lot, and first partner does a suicide, touching each parking space line, while the other partner does max Mountain Climbers. Switch when done
Mosey to patio, and first partner bear crawls across patio to back of patio, and then lunge walks back while other partner does peoples chair. Switch.
We ran out of time, so hustle back to start for COT with Brickpile guys. Great work by all and great devotion by JB on how men need to be willing to talk to each other about struggles they are having.
