Score does a little field work

It was a nice morning to be out in the gloom, especially after being gone for the past few weeks.  I appreciate the effort given by the six men who showed up for Score.

Condition: 55 degrees

The Thang:

Mosey to the front of Dreher and circle up:

Side Straddle Hop x20 IC

4×4 x10 OYO (Burpee into a plank, 4 mountain climbers, and then finish the burpee)

Freedom Twist x20 IC

LBCs x20 IC

Jog around the island in front of Dreher and circle up in front of the tree line.

Repeat the exercises above

Mosey to the other side of the tree line for the ladder exercise:

At tree line, do 30 Big Boy Situps

Run to the middle of the field and do 30 Squats

Run to other side of field and do 30 Merkins

Run back to tree line and do 25 Big Boy Situps

Run to the middle of the field and do 25 Squats

Run to other side of field and do 25 Merkins

Run back to tree line and do 20 Big Boy Situps

Run to the middle of the field and do 20 Squats

Run to other side of field and do 20 Merkins

Run back to tree line and do 15 Big Boy Situps

Run to the middle of the field and do 15 Squats

Run to other side of field and do 15 Merkins

Run back to tree line and do 10 Big Boy Situps

Run to the middle of the field and do 10 Squats

Run to other side of field and do 10 Merkins

Run back to tree line and do 5 Big Boy Situps

Run to the middle of the field and do 5 Squats

Run to other side of field and do 5 Merkins

Run back and plank until all are done

Mosey to step and do Calf Raises: 25 right leg, 25 left leg, 25 both legs

Boxcutter x15 IC (doing this without resting was a challenge – well done to all)

Merkin Circle: everyone planks while first guy does 1 merkin, then next guy does 1 merkin, until it gets back around to first guy. Continue that until all have done 5 merkins
