Two Options One Great Cause:
Friday May 11 The Torch Run for Special Olympics. These two runs kick off start the of State Summer Games held at Fort Jackson in Columbia, SC
One, Two or BOTH!
- The first run (warm-up) is a one mile run up Main Street starting at 2523 Main Street (car wash at the corner of Main and River Drive) meet there by 11:30 am. We will have one Track Commander for the one mile run.
- The second run (approximately 7 miles with two stops along the way) is Friday evening from the State House out to Fort Jackson 7.2 miles. Meet on the Sumter Street side of the State House around 5:30 pm. We will have four Track Commanders for this run.
THE GOAL: Physically support these Olympians as they begin a weekend of competition and further the one of the primary missions of Speed for Need…INCLUSION
THE NEED: F3 #HIMs to work in teams to push the SFN chairs.
