Side Straddle Hop x20 IC

Jog to corner of Daly and Devereaux and AMRAP the following circuit for 5 minutes: 10 merkins, 15 LBCs, 20 squats
Jog to corner of Devereaux and Adger and AMRAP the following circuit for 5 minutes: 10 merkins, 15 LBCs, 20 squats
Jog to corner of Devereaux and Albion and do the following: 20 plank jacks, 20 Freedom Twist, 20 Big Boy Situps
Jog down Albion and stop at the next street light and repeat: 20 plank jacks, 20 Freedom Twist, 20 Big Boy Situps
Continue down Albion to the next street light and repeat: 20 plank jacks, 20 Freedom Twist, 20 Big Boy Situps
Continue to the stop sign at Albion and Cassina and repeat: 20 plank jacks, 20 Freedom Twist, 20 Big Boy Situps
Jog to Hollywood Squares and do the following: 15 incline merkins, 15 dips, 15 gas pumpers
Mosey to steps and do the following: 15 calf raises: right leg, left leg, both legs
Circle up and everyone was told to keep their legs up during this entire circuit: Rosalita x10 IC, Hello Dolly x10 IC, Freddie Mercury x10 IC, Flutters x10 IC, Boxcutter x10 IC
Back to the steps for 10 Pole Squats OYO and 10 step ups each leg OYO
Mosey back to parking lot.
