10 PAX did work at Swampfox this morning. Nothing fancy, just work.
Conditions: 61 degrees, Clear.
The Thang:
- Disclaimer then mosey to end of Rutland Court.
- EMOM: 10 hand release merkins then finish out minute with max rep big boy sit-ups.
- PAX did 5 rounds EMOM and then took a break. Break consisted of sprint up Rutland Hill, hold air chair for 1 minute then mosey back to bottom. Rinse and repeat EMOM/hill sprint/Air chair x 2.
- Mosey back to AO for one more EMOM 5 rounds followed by 45 second air chair.

Moleskin: Great job by the HIM at Swampfox! 200 hand release merkins, at least 100+BBS and 1.75 miles with “breaks” on Rutland Hill. The DRP was definitely swallowed.
