First VQ by YHC was cancelled due to lame work excuses stacked around tax season. This time around it was going to happen. Countless Legion posts certainly set the framework for what would be a Q worthy of Mumble Chatter coming to an abrupt end.
Conditions: 74 with abundant, warm moisture
The Thang:

Warm-up:
- 1/2 mile warm-up jog around the Legion Perimeter.
- Squat-walkout plank-10-OYO (squat, hand crawl out to plank, hand crawl back to squat position)
- Defensive slides up hill, back down hill (repeat 2x)
- Stand-walkout push-up-10-OYO (stand, walk out on hands, do push-up, return to stand)
Lower Body Circuit:
- Run to Bleacher Steps
- Alternate Squat Kicks (1 minute)
- Squat Jumps (1 minute)
- Run up steps to fence, down steps to fence (1 minute)
- 1-2-3- side step/ Heisman Pose (1 minute)
- Rinse and Repeat 2X
Upper Body Circuit:
- Run 1/4 mile to playground
- 3 teams max reps for 1 minute
- 1-Burpees
- 2-Pull-ups
- 3-Tricep Dips
- Rinse and Repeat 2X
Ab Circuit:
- Run 1/4 mile to tennis courts
- Plank Jacks (1 minute)
- Flutter Kicks (1 minute)
- Right Side Plank (1 minute-half with starfish)
- Left Side Plane (1 minute-half with starfish)
- High Plank (1 minute-half with low plank)
- Rinse and Repeat 2X
Finisher:
- 2 Groups
- Group 1 suicides on tennis court w/ 4 stops
- Group 2 high knees
- Switch and repeat
- Run back to COT.
Moleskin: HeeHaw is rough on FNGs and VQs, but its all good since YHC will always be much taller than he is. A bit of mumble chatter, but the heavy sweat in the eyes (maybe tears) kept most at bay after the first 30 minutes. Great getting after it with a VQ at Legion
