Mosey to NKG drive and take a left out of the parking lot. Stop at each intersection, adding an exercise until BLIMPS is spelled.
- B – Burpees x 5 – Braddock Point
- L – Lunges x 10 – Castle Hall
- I – Imperial Walkers x 15 – Cotton Hope/Davant
- M – Merkins x 20 – Fenwick Hall
- P – Plank Jacks x 25 – Davant
- S – Squats x 30 – Foot Point/Fish Haul
Once we reached Foot Point and spelled BLIMPS, turn around and head back, dropping a letter at each stop on the way back. 11 stops total

Upon return to home base, there were still a few minutes to kill, so head to the picnic tables for some tris for the guys

- 20 Iron crosses OYO
- 20 Flutter kicks IC

- 5 burpees just for good measure
