Castle BLIMPS

8 pax ventured into the gloom for some BLIMPS at the Castle. No bricks this time for our tour of the ‘hood!

Mosey to NKG drive and take a left out of the parking lot. Stop at each intersection,  adding an exercise until BLIMPS is spelled.

  • B – Burpees x 5 – Braddock Point
  • L – Lunges x 10 – Castle Hall
  • I – Imperial Walkers x 15 – Cotton Hope/Davant
  • M – Merkins x 20 – Fenwick Hall
  • P – Plank Jacks x 25 – Davant
  • S – Squats x 30 – Foot Point/Fish Haul

Once we reached Foot Point and spelled BLIMPS, turn around and head back, dropping a letter at each stop on the way back. 11 stops total

Exercise totals – 1.7 miles run

  • Burpees – 55
  • Lunges – 90
  • Imp Walks – 105
  • Merkins – 100
  • Plank Jacks – 75
  • Squats – 30

Upon return to home base, there were still a few minutes to kill, so head to the picnic tables for some tris for the guys

  • 5 incline merkins

Back to the parking lot, circle up:

  • 20 Iron crosses OYO
  • 20 Flutter kicks IC
  • 20 LBCs IC
  • 10 Hello Dollies IC
  • 5 burpees just for good measure
