Back on the Chain Gang

YHC was glad to be back in the gloom after a few weeks’ hiatus to see 6 eager Pax ready and willing to work. There was a debate about whether we started 30 seconds late or 30 seconds early, but we made up for it regardless with a full body workout that had us descending like flies toward the end.

Conditions: High 40s and nice.

GRAB BLOCKS – CUSACK TO PARKING LOT
Running Man x25
Merkins x20
Big boy situps x20
Superman-Aquaman for too long
Chest Press x 20

CURLS TO BENCHES
Step ups x 20 each leg OYO
Overhead Press x 20
Dips x 20 OYO
Leg lifts x 25 OYO
Russian Twists x 20
Big Boys x 20 OYO

CURLS TO WALL
Calf raises 3 way 10, 10, 20
Balls to wall 40 count
Partner Up and alternate run to end of parking lot after 10-8-6-4-2 merkins at end
Other partner does burpee AMRAPS/peoples chair alternating each leg. OK, some burpees turned into squats at this point.
