9 PAX arrived at #TheCastle to shake off the post-Irma guilt. YHC had the privilege of leading the PAX this morning and they did not disappoint.

We moseyed to the four way stop and partnered-up for B.O.M.B.S. Having nine, YHC’s team had three. “We only need one pin Rodney” came to mind as an even ten would have been great, but we powered through. While partner 1 performed the exercise, partner 2 (and 3) ran down North Kings Grant Drive to Bolen Hall Court and back. Irma soaked Blocks were conveniently available at the starting line for the enjoyment of the PAX. Exercises were as follows:
B: Burpees * 50
O: Overhead Press with Block * 100
M: Merkins * 150
B: Big Boy Sit-ups * 200
S: Squat with Block *250 (aka Goblet Squat)
Plank on the Six.
Carried blocks back to the COT and picked-up the 28 bricks that YHC ambitiously arranged for use and returned them to the pile.
Jump Rope – Forward 30 seconds, rest 30, repeat
We circled up shoulder to shoulder for a Howling Monkey. With all PAX holding their ankles, the first PAX did 10 Monkey Humpers and so on through the circle. #MumbleChatter was solid here ranging from “Is that Stetson you’re wearing” and “Why are we so close” to “I hope the video camera isn’t working”. Good times!
A few sets of Jump Rope followed by 20 Sweat Angels in cadence (A double dolly-arms and legs at 6″ off the ground like you’re making a snow angel). Ended with one more set of Jump Rope. Done.
