BOMBS variation
13 Pax started in the parking lot with 5 burpees, 10 overhead presses, 15 Merkins, 20 BBS, 25 squats. Once competed went for a little jog where we stopped and added 5 reps to each workout. Rinse and repeat at three other spots.
