Then Reverse Incline Merkins, and we knew we were done
Then we flipped around and went back on our six
To finish this round with some quick Flutter Kicks
One final effort Snowden did chant
5 men on the rails pulling a pole dance
Around to the back for the bricks and the blocks
In the courtyard we went while watching the clock
Overhead press and squats with bricks
Curls on your own then back on your six
A pickle pointer again with our feet on the blocks
Followed by Big Boys in cadence we rocked.
It was time to rest with a quick Island Cruise
Back to our stations we returned enthused
Alternate Arm Raises was next on the plate
More squats and curls to seal our fate
On your 6 Snowden cried for the little baby crunch
With the block close by for the bench press to come
Flutter Kicks in cadence as we neared to the end
Then flip around for a plank, by then we were spent
Across to the bench for steps up and down

15 dips OYO Snowden did state
