During the work out each member of the PAX called out the name or names of a love one that departed this earth to live in the eternal kingdom. This song, this phrase, and this work out helped us to reflect on the Great qualities of These beloved souls and remind us to strive for Ways to emulate these qualities in our own lives. As I write this back blast A familiar feeling comes to mind which is that we are not alone. At times it is easy for me to think that I am the only one suffering a loss but today reminds me otherwise. I asked each one of you to call out a name and there were no hesitations. They are always with us. I am thankful that you are with me here on this earth.
