Moleskin

Good mix of cardio, core work and block work.  Ran a total of 1.8 miles, did 120 BBS, 120 flutterkicks and 100 kettlebells.  I did hear a little mumble chatter in the block routine, something about “Damn Abacus and his kettlebells.”

Appreciated the opportunity to Q again – F3 Camden has a great group of men.
