Pax & Families-
The Go Leo Go 5K Run/walk is TOMORROW and team SPEEDFORNEED is ready! First of all, thank you so much for your support for the SFN initiative whether through your donations, encouragement, retweets, manpower, or ideas. We have a large number of pax and family members signed up and ready to race. You will experience first hand what we brothers have created together in SFN to celebrate our Track Commanders (Hayes, Riley and Caden), bring joy to their families, encourage our community, and share what F3 Nation is in all three of the F’s we proudly display on our chest. It should be a great day!
Please review the schedule of events below so that the morning runs smoothly…the time will go by fast! Check in and shirt pick up begins at 7:30. Make sure to be at the tent at 8:00am sharp for a group photo. Don’t forget to sign the canvas print at our tent with your F3 name (if your M or 2.0s want to sign, that would be great!). If you can’t make it in time for the photo due to doubling down, don’t worry. SFN shirts will also be sold for $20 at the canopy if you would like to wear one (kids and adult sizes) otherwise please try to wear an F3 shirt. Our canopy will be easy to find, just look for the race chairs. Bring your shovel flags and be ready to RACE. If anyone gives us an inquisitive look, give them a business card (will be at the tent as well) with F3 on one side and SFN on the other, #EH.
Each Track Commander has an assigned pusher. They will be organizing any pusher rotations. If you’re not pushing, we will also need some pax to run with our flags. Stick around after the Lionheart Dash for the BOM which will be led by Brother Si around Leo and his fellow Track Commanders. After the BOM, we can begin the main event…..Leo’s birthday party!
We’re really looking forward to the event, and be sure to encourage our riders and their families while you are there. Here are the details:

• DRIVERS meet (if you are interested in helping to push the chairs): 7:30 am
• ALL PAX meet: 7:50 am at the SPEEDFORNEED tent
• Pictures: 8:00 am
• Race starts: ~8:30 am
