YHC’s F3 name is 7-11 and by contract I am supposed to Q every year on 7/11, therefore YHC did not want to disappoint. YHC went outside the box and decided to have a “scavenger hunt for pain” in which 2 teams would compete to complete 7 workout stations at various places all over New Prov Elementary. Interesting enough both teams tied (no matter what Notebook says) and the workout brought a little pain with great teamwork – strong work men!

The Thang:
7-11’s Scavenger Hunt for Pain
Team selected old school style with 2 team captains picking their teams (Notebook picked Headgear, Forest and Voltron for the Green team and Quest picked Da Bear, Rock Drop and 7-11 by default for the Orange team )
Workout stations consisted of below:
Exercise Station – Bear crawl/merkin ladder then Lunge/jump squats
Bear crawl, start at grass island next to pole and bear crawl to each white parking space line, do a merkin at each line and increase by 1 merkin with each white line x 10 lines, come back via a lunge ladder and perform jump squat at each line X 10 lines
Exercise Station- 20 shoulder taps then run down delivery ramp and climb wall and run back (repeat for 5 sets)
Exercise – 5 Burpees – Run up Hill – 5 Burpess – Run Down Hill X 5 sets
Exercise Station-
1st set 20 iron crosses – Bear crawl down sidewalk to column and run back to street light – 20 iron crosses
2nd set 20 Carolina Dry Dock – Run Backwards down and back to column – 20 Carolina Dry Docks
3rd set 5 Burpees – Run down and back to column – 5 Burpees
Exercise Station: 5 pull ups – 10 merkins – 15 squats – run around swing area and back X 5 sets
Exercise Station: Indian run 2 loops around car drop off loop (as a team)
