- Soft toss run down the entrance while PAX AMRAP Merkins
- Elían run down the entrance while PAX AMRAP SSH
- Kitty Litter run down the entrance for fun
The Thang
- Break into groups of three – each group gets a tire, only to learn that unlike the above picture A TIRE IS MISSING.
- Re group into 2 groups start at the beginning of the auxiliary parking lot.
- Race – line up behind tire PAX in front flip 3 times jump to the middle of tire jump out run around the lot – think mexican jumping bean. PAX SSH while waiting to flip tire.
- Winning team 10 incline merkins, losers 10 burpees.
- Race – line up behind tire PAX in front flip 3 times 7 incline merkins run around the lot – think mexican jumping bean. PAX SSH while waiting to flip tire. Winning team do something (memory is blurry here), losing team 10 burpees
- 5 PAX Carry tire over head while two PAX run switch out PAX, repeat.
- 5 PAX Carry tire half way up while two PAX run, switch out PAX, repeat.
Modified Mary
Start at top of the entrance 10 LBC’s run down 10 flutter kicks (each leg is not 1). Continue 10, 9, 8, etc etc.
