Partner up for a stroll around the school
Partner 1 – completes exercise while Partner 2 runs
Partner 1 – sprints to catch Partner 2
Partner 2 – completes the exercise while Partner 1 runs
Partner 2 – sprints to catch Partner 1

After 1.5 laps around the school perimeter and some friendly advice from Sheets it was determined that a slight modification was in order before starting round 2
Mosey over to picnic benches behind the school for a quick breather
