Legion Bakes In The Humidity

5 men took the hour long #redpill this morning in 91% humidity and left buckets of sweat all around the Brandon Acres neighborhood.

Conditions: Only 73 degrees but 91% humidity pressed on the pax.

Run from there, left on Woodlawn to intersection with Munsen Spring (.45 miles) do:
25 burpees, 25 squats, 25 V-ups, 25 low plank-jacks
Run from there down Munsen Spring back to Landon dugout and RINSE AND REPEAT FOR 20 minutes.

Stop at 20 minutes and finish round. Pax got in 1.5 loops which equaled 4 rounds of work for 100 burpees, 100 squats, 100 v-ups, 100 low plank-jacks and ~1.5 miles of run in 20 minutes. #LegionLEGIT

Moleskin:
– We covered about 2.5 miles this morning even with two and a half pretty lengthy COPs and alot of stops for work during the running. Strong work men.
– As I left the AO I could still see the sweat stains from the pax shirt’s on the pavement at the MunsenSpring/Woodlawn intersection…and we hadn’t been there in 25 minutes.

– GrandStrand is there Tues/Thurs 5:45-6:30 and Saturday 7-8 for vacationers all along the coast.
