- 25 Flutter Kicks
- 10 Iron Crosses

Bermuda Triangle:
- Bear crawl 20 yards and do 1 burpee. Bear crawl another 20 yards and do 2 burpees. Bear crawl another 20 yards and do 3 burpees. Rinse and repeat.
Cruise on over to the bottom of the hill at the 4 way and proceed to do a BLIMPS ladder using each street on the right.
- 5 Burpees at the bottom of the hill
- Run to the top of the hill and do 25 Lunges
- Rinse and repeat
- Proceed to the next street and do 25 Imperial Walkers
- Rinse and repeat
- Proceed to the next street and do 25 Merkins
- Rinse and repeat
- Proceed to the next street and do 25 Plank Jacks
- Run to the next street and do 25 Squats
Cruise on back to the circle of trust
- Finished up with 5 reverse Burpees
