Weather was a humid 73 degrees.
Start with a prayer and then mosie around the big soccer field. Circle up and do:
10 windmills IC
10 Imperial walkers
10 LBAC IC (10 forward 10 reverse)
10 medium arm circles and 10 to the rear
Mosie to block pile and bring then back to the shelter. This is where we lost so much time. This block pile has to be the furthest of any AO in Lexington.
The thing:
Partner up. The first partner runs around the parking lot (two islands) while the other partner does the following exercises:
The goal is to have good form and perform each exercise until exhaustion. When partner one gets back they do the exercise while the other partner runs a lap. After each lap, you move on to the next exercise.
Legs:
Double step up
Box jump
Shin washers (bend down and move your back up and down while your hands go up and down your shins)
Calf raises
Squats with block
Arms:
Merkins* (this is where we stopped due to time)
Curls for the girls
Dips
Incline merkins
Shoulder press
Abs:
Big boys with block
LBC’s
High plank
Flutter kicks
American hammer
Take blocks back to the block pile.
We got to the Merkins before time ran out.
