The Road to 200 Pax – Follow the ⭐s

2020 was an unexpected year.  It has had an impact on all of us in some way, shape or form.  It forced us as F3LexSC to modify our operations and find a new way to continue to Accelerate and Sharpen each other while lacking Proximity.

 

Since starting back in May of 2020, the pax have returned.  Some have not for their own reasons, and that is understandable.

 

As we start 2021, the time has come to RE-Invigorate Male Community Leadership.

 

In the Fall of 2020, little ⭐ emojis began to show up on the F3Count Tweets for Weekday Bootcamps.

Some noticed, others didn’t.

Some may not have understood, but knew they wanted more.

 

So here is the story behind the ⭐s and how they will lead us back to where F3LexSC was once before: 

Nearly 200 men were posting to Accelerate their King in the Gloom on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

 

Since May of 2020, the average Total Count during Weekday Bootcamps has been about 150 pax (151 actually, but 150 is easier Math) with the follow distribution across the AOs:

To reach 200 from 150, that would require 33% Growth.

It would be easy to say – “50 pax over 16 AOs…. that’s 3 pax per AO… let’s go…”  That wouldn’t be very practical.

So here is the ultimate “You Vs You” challenge when it comes to Locking Shield with other active pax, and EHing those Kotters you haven’t seen in the gloom in a while, or EHing that next FNG that could be the next HIM within your AO and our Region.

 

Guidelines:

1. Each AO that hits the number in the last column gets a Star
   1. Ex – Ambush has 18 pax post = ⭐
2. Each pax over the goal number is an additional star
   1. Ex – Arena has 16 pax post = ⭐ + ⭐⭐ over goal = ⭐⭐⭐
3. Convergences: Combine the goal numbers of each converging AO
   1. Ex – Detention and Jumanji converge, and 28 pax post = ⭐⭐ (1 ⭐ for each AO), but 27 pax = 0 stars….

Purpose:

1. To give AOQs and Pax instant feedback – were we average today? Above or Below?
2. To be recognized and acknowledged by your region for those Above Average Glooms.
3. To remind each pax daily – “Who are those 2, 3, or 4 pax who weren’t here today?”
4. To provide a tangible measure of growth  – “This is where we started, and this is where we are now.”

What this is NOT:

1. THIS IS NOT a competition on which AO is biggest or best! So, Don’t Start! Live 3rd
2. THIS IS NOT to be EHing pax from one AO to another – “Don’t rob Peter to pay Paul”, Just Post Somewhere!

*  – Regarding Rungroup and Saturday Bootcamps:
This will only apply to Weekday Bootcamps (Tuesdays and Thursdays) since there is a consistency of Schedule and Routine for the Majority of the Pax.  Rungroup days and Saturdays have too much variability to track without a Full Time Salaried Statistician.  Cobains for the disappointment.
