Run to the bottom of Rutland Hill for 10 reps of each exercise – Merkins, Squats, Monkey Humpers
Run up Rutland stopping at each driveway on the right for 10 monkey humpers jog down when the 6 gets to the top
Bear crawl up Rutland stopping at each driveway on the left for 10 merkins jog down when the 6 gets to the top
Lunge walk up Rutland stopping at each driveway on the right for 10 squats jog down when the 6 gets to the top
Crab walk up Rutland stopping at each driveway on the right for 10 BBS jog down when the 6 gets to the top
