It is September so the Iron Pax Challenge is upon us. Due to varying circumstances, a few of us had to make time on a non-bootcamp day to get it done. We were rewarded with much milder weather than those that completed IPC Week 0 earlier in the week.
Here’s a background of the workout. We honored his legacy:
Capoot is a regular R.E.D. Friday workout that is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

- Great effort by the pax. All completed in less than 40 minutes.
- Buzzsaw had the fastest time at just north of 33 min. Our other #RESPECT pax, Voltron, also showed out.
- Rep count is ridiculous; form suffers; but we perservere
- Tclaps to 15-yr old Smalls. Not many teenagers get up at 4:30am for this
- Smalls also ran several laps without shoes. Young and dumb.
