YHC took the lead at Turning Point for the first time since….umm…..let’s see….(checks notes)….well, let’s just say it was a long time ago. 6 pax joined in for a Saturday morning boot camp.

Mosey down to see if the blocks were still locked up, they were. Luckily YHC had planned accordingly.
Mosey to the track for a modified (and probably abbreviated) Murph.
Mosey down the first straight. In the first corner, 10 merkins. Mosey to the next corner for 30 squats. Mosey down the next straight. In corner number three, 10 merkins. Mosey to fourth corner for 10 pull ups or bodyweight rows. YHC made the call to split up the squats after the first lap. 15 squats in corner 2 and 15 squats in corner 4 before the pullups/rows. For much of the WO YHC was picking up the six (read was the six).
Ten laps would get us 2 miles, 100 pullups/rows, 200 merkins, and 300 squats. We lost count of the laps but YHC is confident we were getting close to 10 when time was called.
Q called a slowsy to the shovel flag but everyone seemed to hear mosey (or no one listened).
