YHC has not been to a lot of bootcamps recently and it showed from the start. Stumbled out of the gate with the cadence but that got everyone laughing and ready to go.
Conditions: Perfect 45 degrees and dry

W/u: 4 Squats IC-ish, 15 SSH IC-ish, 10 slow-fast merkins IC, 15 Mountain Climbers OYO 2-count, 10 Imperial Walkers (not planned slow count)
Mosey to corner of Hand Middle (Blossom and Wheat)
Burpee Ladder Mile (1 lap around Hand is .5 miles)
8 corners: 8,6,4,2,2,4,6,8 burpees (Start with Burpees)
Lunge Descending Ladder 1/2 mile
4 corners: 16,12,8,4 (2-count) This one hurt the knees and will change for next time)
Merkin Descending Ladder 1/2 mile
4 corners: 32,24,16,8
Hold plank/abs after each round until pax finish

Ab Circuit
30 Heel Tap Crunches, 15 Figure-4 Crunches (each side), 15 Flutter Kicks (2 count)
YHC ended workout here but Cesspool was upset we had 3 minutes left so more abs
30 LBCs, 20 Chaser LBCs, 10 Flutter Kicks, 30sec Plank to finish
Q-source: Robber led us with talking about the Shield Lock that we can have with one another and to be there for one another and enjoy fellowship together while also giving space to get to know one another more. By knowing each other better and what is going on in one another’s lives we will be able to be there to provide a sort of lateral guidance and advice on life. Less relaxed than mentorship but can share our own experience to help other pax.
