It has been several months since my last Q so it was good to get back out to lead again. Because I am lazy in my preparation, I went back to my tried and true circuit workout. See what happened below
Conditions: 39 degrees and windy. Working out in a breezeway did not help.
The thang:
Disclaimer, prayer, and mosey around the parking lot and to the breezeway by the cafeteria.
The workout:
Circuit workout. The pax have 45 seconds to complete an exercise. If they complete the exercise then they stay for another round of the exercise. The pax does not move to the next exercise station until they cannot complete the required reps.
Station #1: Smurf jacks x 30 reps
Station #2: Monkey Humpers x 25 reps
Station #3: Merkins x 20 reps
Station #4: Big Boy situps x 15 reps
Return to station #1 and start over after station #4.
Circuit is completed after 36 minutes.
Mosey back back to the shovel flag.
