9 PAX emerged from the #Fartsack on this Tuesday in search of a way to #GetBetter. With conditions perfect in the #Gloom, YHC wanted to push the limits of these former #SadClowns. In honor of Star Wars day, YHC crafted a workout to pay homage to some movies that mean a lot still him. It was an honor to lead these #MinivanCenturions who got after it as they each were ready willing and able to #PushTheRock.
