- Merkins x 20 IC
- Hold plank and raise arms to stretch it out
Round 1 – 8 Minutes
Line up on goal line
- Run to far goal
- Hand Release Merkins x 10
- Squats x 10
- Mt Climbers x 10 (2-ct)
- Run back to start and perform same exercises
- Rinse and repeat for 8 min
Round 2 – 8 Minutes
Line up on mid line
- Run to far goal
- Diamond Merkins x 10
- Squat Jumps x 10
- Parker Peters x 10 (2-ct)
- Run back to start and perform same exercises
- Rinse and repeat for 8 min

- Run to far goal
- Wide Merkins x 10
