Hated but loved every second of this one. Betterment was achieved. Suck factor was very high. 3 of our guys completed it with a weight vest. Stupid.

Mosey ’round Shank to get the blood flowing

  • Hillbillies x 10 IC
  • Catcher’s Squat x 30 seconds
  • IW x 10 IC
  • Merkins x 20 IC
  • Hold plank and raise arms to stretch it out

Round 1 – 8 Minutes

Line up on goal line

  • Run to far goal
  • Hand Release Merkins x 10
  • Squats x 10 
  • Mt Climbers x 10 (2-ct)
  • Run back to start and perform same exercises
  • Rinse and repeat for 8 min

Round 2 – 8 Minutes

Line up on mid line

  • Run to far goal
  • Diamond Merkins x 10
  • Squat Jumps x 10 
  • Parker Peters x 10 (2-ct)
  • Run back to start and perform same exercises
  • Rinse and repeat for 8 min

Mosey to another field

Round 3 – 8 Minutes

Line up on goal line

  • Run to far goal
  • Wide Merkins x 10
  • Bobby Hurleys x 10 
  • Freddie Mercuries x 10 (2-ct)
  • Run back to start and perform same exercises
  • Rinse and repeat for 8 min

Round 4 – 8 Minutes

Line up on imaginary midline

  • Run to far goal
  • Burpees x 5
  • Run back to start – Burpees x 5
  • Rinse and repeat until time
