What a coincidence that YHC was called to cover the Q on the same morning that the lifeclock chimed in at 50. There are two certaintees when you turn 50. One is that stupid AARP mailer, the other is that tag of “Respect” at COT. The latter shouldn’t be an absolute and we should always strive to get better and continually earn that respect. The goal for this workout was to keep the count simple, with a blatent reminder of the day’s significance. The mind was stuck on the old 1-hour workout and the Pax fell short of completion within 45 minutes. The red italics represents what was left in the gloom. The Pax were encouraged to take that home to complete.
