We celebrated the 2-Year Anniversary of Urban Legend this AM. We hated AOQ Argyle had to miss for personal reasons but the show must go on. This workout was specifically designed to hurt Cheers’ but, alas, he was a no-show. YHC wanted to hear the mumblechatter he promised.
This was a complete OYO/AMRAP friendly to all paces but allowed for some good fellowship as we stayed in the same general area. Work was done. Snot was woggled.
We also listened to some cleanish old school rap. Drisocket wanted Chris Gaines.
