Red Rover:
- 2 pax on one end of field doing Mtn Climbers
- 2 pax on oppo end doing Monkey Humpers
- 1 pax karaoke & sprint between two groups
- rotate runner every time someone gets to end.
- Rounds 2 & 3 involved LBCs, Elevens, Burpees, and High Knees

- 10 burpees
- 10 Hand Release Merkins
- 20 jump squats
- Bear Crawl around garden
- Backpedal to fence, 20 squats
- 40 yard sprint x2
- touch closest stop sign
- lap around tennis court
- Partner wheelbarrow to nearest tree, switch.
- partner get-ups x 10
