After each round, run around the first parking lot island and do 10 bobby hurleys at each speed bump.
The pax love this workout, especially the burpees. Coon Dog was introduced to Elvira by the Oak Ridge Boys. If just one man hears that song for the first time, today was a success.

Devo: from Luke 7 when John the Baptist was in prison. He doubted and asked if Jesus was the Messiah or should they look for another. This is the man that Jesus said was the greatest man born of all time. Jesus’s reply was to remember what you have seen, heard, experienced. That’s the same reply for us when we doubt. Remember what Jesus has done for you.
