Mosey around the soccer field and circle up for COP. Motivators x 10, TTT x 10, Arm circles forward and backward x 10, Slo-mo squats x 10, Merkins x 10.
Mosey over to block pile, PAX grab a block and head to the sideline of the soccer field.

Put blocks back. Mosey back toward first soccer field. Lot of soccer fields over there. Hard to differentiate. On the way there we bear crawled across the wooden bridge.
At the goal line/base line type area of the soccer field, grab a partner. One partner runs while the other partners does the exercise. The running was a suicide style, with PAX flapjacking after each leg of the suicide. Exercises were: 300 squats, 200 BBSU, 100 Merkins.
After we moseyed back toward the shovel flag for a few min of mary.
