YHC hasnt been running that long but decided to sign up for P200 anyway(sounded like fun). So obviously next on the list is to Q a rooster. 4 men showed up and it was very rewarding. There is something about an early morning run that satisfies the soul and this morning was no different. Thanks guys for a great time!

Since I needed a recovery run, and so did everyone else, the pax ran the chicken strip. Everyone ran together and finished 4 miles(?) around a 9 minute pace. Lots of talking so apparently we were running at a good pace.
