1. Inchworm to shoulder tap
2. Back lunge to punter (1 min each side)
3. Cross body jacks
The Thang:
EMOM x 4 rounds each
1. Line chops (shuffle feet forw:back) (2 ct) x 4 to half-burpee (no mercan) (8 total)
2. Speed Skater x 40
3. Volley tips x 60 (small jump w hands extended)
4. Beastmakers (plank, 2 brick rows, push-up, squat/bicep curl, press) x 8
5. Squat-twist (1:1) x 40
Run a lap after every EMOM exercise is done
6 MoM: 6 minutes of Mary for the last few minutes
Abs: (1 min per exercise x 2 rounds)
