Jailbreak to the Track around the back of the school. YHC warned this was your warm-up.
At the track:
Start at corner 1. 25 jump squats at corner 1. Sprint to corner 2. 10 burpees at corner 2. Bearcrawl to corner 3. 25 jump squats at corner 3. Sprint to corner 4. 10 burpees at corner 4. Bear crawl to corner 1. Plank on the 6.
Mosey to the football stadium. Once at the stadium grab a partner. Partner 1 will start the workout while partner 2 runs to the top of the stair tower to the top of the pressbox. Partner 2 will do 5 burpees at the top of the stair tower and return down the stairs to Partner 1. Flapjack until all workouts are complete.
Workouts: 100 Diamond Merkins, 200 Merkins, 75 Werkins, 100 Carolina Dry Docks.
Mosey to the planter behind the Baseball stadium. At the planter: 5 burpee box jumps, 10 incline merkins, 10 decline merkins, 10 dips.
Mosey to the Shovel Flag.
