Fuel inspired Turning Point

5 PAX posted for a Fuel inspired workout. Mild temps and good cardio lead to a nice jumpstart on the day. 

Weather- upper 40s and no rain

Mosey a couple of parking lot loops waiting on late arrivals then head to the bus loop. 3 groups (2-2-1). One group at one end of loop, one at other end- each performing difference exercises that YHC selected. The other group was running between, and once at the group performing the exercises swapped places. So it was a never ending relay race. The exercises performed were:

  • Squats
  • BBSU
  • Mt. Climbers
  • Burpees
  • Hand release merkins
  • LBCs
  • Gas Pumps
  • Stationary lunges
  • Calf raises
