Mosey a couple of parking lot loops waiting on late arrivals then head to the bus loop. 3 groups (2-2-1). One group at one end of loop, one at other end- each performing difference exercises that YHC selected. The other group was running between, and once at the group performing the exercises swapped places. So it was a never ending relay race. The exercises performed were:
- Squats
- BBSU
- Mt. Climbers
- Burpees
- Hand release merkins
- LBCs
- Gas Pumps
- Stationary lunges
- Calf raises
