Mosey to bottom of the hill on the track. The exercise routine- bear crawl up the frosty hill, run over to basketball court, do a suicide with the exercise below, wall sit until YHC says recover. Then the fun starts… back to the starting point and sprinting until you get to the hill and doing a feet first slide down the frosty hill was encouraged. Modify as necessary. I think everyone gave it a shot. LG was loyal until the end.
