YHC has been trying to up the intensity the last few workouts, so hopefully the PAX walked away feeling like they got after it this morning. Always You vs. You- keep working hard boys.

COP- Plank jacks x 10, Motivators x 8, Imperial Walkers x 10, TTT x 10, Arm circles forward x 10, Squats with arms out x 10, Arm circles backward x 10
PAX moseyed to the start of the breezeway. Here is the pattern: on each end of the breezeway where the turn is, there is a 20ish yard area for the exercise YHC calls out and we would do it there and back. For the straight away, the PAX ran, every time. At the end of each breezeway there would be exercises.
Lap 1- Slides, run, slides, plank. Merkins x 10, Rock Hops x 10. Rinse and repeat back to start
Lap 2- Lunge, run, lunge, plank. Shoulder taps x 10, rock hops (side to side x 10. Rinse and repeat
Lap 3- Carioca, run, carioca, plank. Burpees x 10. Rinse and repeat
Lap 4- Bear crawl, run, bear crawl. Wall sit for a while. Rinse and repeat
Lap 5- Penguin walk, run, penguin walk. Flutter kicks x 10, Hello Dolly x 10. Rinse and Repeat.
Lap 6- Back pedal, run, back pedal. Mosey to flag

Resurrection Essential to the Faith
12 Now if Christ is proclaimed as raised from the dead, how can some of you say, “There is no resurrection of the dead”? 13 If there is no resurrection of the dead, then not even Christ has been raised; 14 and if Christ has not been raised, then our proclamation is in vain, and so is your faith.[b] 15 Moreover, we are found to be false witnesses about God, because we have testified wrongly about God that he raised up Christ—whom he did not raise up, if in fact the dead are not raised. 16 For if the dead are not raised, not even Christ has been raised. 17 And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is worthless; you are still in your sins. 18 Those, then, who have fallen asleep in Christ have also perished. 19 If we have put our hope in Christ for this life only, we should be pitied more than anyone.
Christ’s Resurrection Guarantees Ours
20 But as it is, Christ has been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. 21 For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead also comes through a man.
Key verse. Foundational verse for us Christians… verse 20… BUT AS IT IS
Everything prior that Paul was describing would be true for us, if Christ remained in the tomb. The hope that we have because of that resurrection. Praise God.
