The Thang:
Had a Q laid out, woke up thinking about it and how I would incorporate the blocks and decided that I didn’t want to do the same old thing. Haven’t done man makers in while so maybe a little mix of suicides and deconstructed man makers. The execution was definitely tougher than the thought- but as Muffuletta said – “Don’t do it, if you can’t Q it!”
Here’s how it went down.
Mosey from parking lot to block pile: Grab block- proceed over to basketball court. line up. Try to explain the grumbling pax who just had to carry blocks was like herding cats. Please demonstrate-
Block in front- 20 merkins- suicide run to first cone
Block in front- 20 curls for the girls- suicide run to second cone
Block in front- 20 overhead press-
Run to principle- 20 merkins at bottom
Run up principle- 20 squats at top
Run down stairs from principle to second set of stairs and run up.
Run to basketball court- rinse and repeat- decreasing by one.
Run to principle- replacing exercise as follow- Merkins/Freddie Mercury’s/LBC’s
