12 PAX posted at Shawshank in picture perfect conditions to get their Tuesday started the right way. YHC was feeling froggy and wanted to cover some ground this morning. The PAX obliged as always, and YHC felt an extra effort level and push from the whole group.

Great effort by all of the PAX this morning. Just under 2.5 miles were covered during the workout, with some bear crawls, upper body, and leg work mixed in. Work was done!
