YHC has tried this workout in other AO’s and after perfecting it brought it to Shawshank. Based on Mumble Chatter and the threat of tossing merlot, YHC believes it to have been a success. So many studs at Shawshank, if you don’t make it crazy hard, they will get bored. Things go south when these Knucklehead get bored, so it was on.

THE THANG:
