A Flippin Good Time

The Thang:

Since there were only three this chilly morning we only needed one tire. We grabbed said tire and the first PAX lined up at the goal line. The second PAX moseyed to the 5yd line while the 3rd made his way to the 10yd line. We did a rotation of tire flips, Burpees and Squats. We made our way down and back the 100yds of the field rotating between these three excercises.
Recover
Once we finished we decided it was so much fun we should do it again! We stayed with the tire flip and swapped out the stationary exercises. For round two we did Merkins and LBC’s.
Given it was Saturday, we still had some time on our hands so we made our way to the low wall planter near the baseball field. Once we got there we did three sets of 20 dips and 10 (4 count) Step Ups.
