Run down the hill and around the driveway, swinging by the brick pile to get a block on your way back to the paved parking lot. From there, the fun began.
Circuit 1:
50 curls, run a lap (down the drive, then up the road, and back around, ending at the playground), 25 hanging leg lifts or knees to your chest.
Repeat, dropping 10 curls and 5 leg lifts each time.
Circuit 2:
25 overhead press, run a lap (see above), 25 hanging ab twists.
Return the blocks
