DESCRIPTION:The long-awaited launch of an East Columbia/Hopkins exercise bootcamp has finally arrived! Our community out here needs some invigoration\, and it is time to scratch that itch urging us to be better\, fitter men\, to the benefit of our families\, workplaces\, and neighborhoods. All men are welcome! It is completely free of charge and will be led by other men in a rotating fashion. We will be meeting early in the morning\, outside\, rain or shine\, hot or cold at Caughman Road Park. Initially we will meet on Saturdays 0700-0745 and Wednesdays 0515-0600. Dress weather appropriate with some sort of gloves\, but expect to shed a layer or two as we go. No man will be left behind\, no matter your current fitness level (I mean it\, ALL men welcome\, even if your current shape is round!). It will be hard\, but you will get better and be glad you came.
